Waxing Process:
Connect The Machine To The Mains.
Set The Temperature Controller To Position 10 On The Scale
The Indicator Lamp Lights Up
After A Heating Time Of Approx. 10 To 15 Minutes, The Wax Will Liquefy. The Regulator Must Be Reset To A Lower Scale Value, E.G. 5, In Order To Avoid Excessive Smoke Development. Refilling With Wax Should Be Done During The Heating Phase Amount Of Wax.
The Bottom Roller Should Be 2/3 In The Liquid Wax
Prepare The Ski For The Waxing Process By Removing Or Raising Any Existing Stoppers, Cleaning The Ski With Fleece, And Rubbing It Dry.
You Get The Best Wax Application When The Skis To Be Processed Are Dry And At Room Temperature.
The Ski Is Now Placed With The Ski Tip On The Application Roller And Pushed Over The Roller Without Pressure, Only With Its Own Weight.
After The Ski Has Been Allowed To Cool Down For A Short Time, The Excess Wax Can Be Scraped Off With A Scraper Blade.
